1. login to the below mention website......

http://crsorgi.gov.in/web/index.php/auth/login

2. login using your user id or password & fill the captcha.............

3. go to birth & select Add birth registration from drop down menu..........

4. then fill the all blank document...........
** part are mandatory for go to next page
Remember that Reporting date and date of birth will be within 21 days
after this click on save button

5. also fill all blank row then click on save button......

Remember to upload a PDF or JPG file here (Biborani Form)

6. and this page you can edit all document expect Reporting date & after checking all document click on confirm button.......

7. after this click on generate certificate button 

8. then your certificate will be done for print out

Remember you can only 5 times to edit certificate expect date of birth & Reporting dateThis site only valid for Govt. Institute like Hospital, Pourasava, Panchayat ets. All certificate will valid after Signature of Sub- Register. 
But you can scan the Bar code to download the certificate from anywhere.
